An exciting mix of consumer journalism with in-house food industry knowledge:

  • 11 years of journalistic experience - Evening Standard food editor & years of writing for international media.
  • Editorial & advertorial trends consultancy for consumer brands e.g. Schwartz, Rondanini, Bombay Sapphire, Magnum, Unilever.
  • 18 months at Belazu, ingredients supplier to chefs and home cooks. I overhauled the copy and editing process for new product labels and worked with the innovation team to set up a trends & insight facility.
